George Wadsworth

George brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in the upstream oil and gas industry to his role as President of Pitbull Energy Services. Throughout his career, he has built a strong track record across drilling and completions chemicals and equipment, drilling waste management, reclamation and remediation, oilfield waste infrastructure, production chemical services.

George has held technical, sales, executive management, and board-level roles across both entrepreneurial ventures and large publicly traded organizations. His experience includes leadership positions with global industry leaders such as Schlumberger and Secure Energy, as well as numerous growth-oriented private companies.

In 2002, George co-founded Marquis Alliance Energy Group, a drilling and completion services company that grew into a recognized industry competitor before being successfully sold to Secure Energy in 2011. His entrepreneurial experience, combined with large-scale corporate leadership, gives him a unique perspective on scaling operations while maintaining operational discipline and service quality.

George’s career spans North America, Mexico, the MENA region, and India, providing him with deep international exposure and cross-cultural leadership experience. He is widely recognized for building high-performance teams and creating strong organizational alignment grounded in safety, accountability, and service excellence.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Calgary.
