Our safety culture is built on a foundation of training, communication, and accountability. Every employee is trained on the latest safety procedures and protocols, and is empowered to speak up if they see a safety concern. Every month we focus on a different safety theme, and have regular safety meetings to ensure personnel stay safe, informed, and aligned with current workplace priorities. To us, these regular safety meetings are an essential component of our safety program – as important as training employees, keeping equipment in working order, and performing audits and inspections.
Our safety team also conducts regular inspections and audits to ensure that our equipment and work sites are safe and compliant with all regulations. Committed to achieving our goal of zero accidents and injuries, we continue to make safety a top priority in absolutely everything we do:
