PITBULL ENERGY SERVICES PRESS RELEASE
Edmonton, Alberta – Oct 8, 2025 – On October 6, 2025 Pitbull Energy Services Inc.and Go Time Energy Services Ltd. entered into an agreement to exchange specific service divisions. Pitbull will acquire Go Time’s vacuum and water truck division and Go Time will acquire Pitbull’s track hoe division. This strategic move strengthens Pitbull’s core platform and expands its ability to serve clients across Western Canada.
The transaction provides Pitbull with a major boost in fleet size and regional coverage, bringing the company’s total to over 200 trucks strategically located in Edmonton, Bonnyville, Fort McMurray, and now Grande Prairie. The addition of Grande Prairie establishes a key new hub to better support clients in one of Alberta’s most active energy corridors.
“This acquisition expands our reach and sharpens our focus on what Pitbull was built on—serving clients with unmatched reliability, capacity, and commitment across Western Canada,” said Sami Hayek, CEO of Pitbull Energy Services. “It not only strengthens our business, but it also represents a win for our employees and our customers, who will benefit from increased resources, efficiency, and responsiveness.”
As part of the acquisition, the talented employees from Go Time’s trucking division will be offered positions on the Pitbull team. “We’re excited to welcome these new team members into the Pitbull family,” added Hayek. “Their expertise and experience will strengthen our operations and ensure a seamless transition for our customers.”
In parallel, Go Time Energy Services has acquired Pitbull’s track hoe division. This allows Go Time to focus on its core strengths in Drill Cuttings/Lease Coordination (Trackhoes), Drill Pipe, and Surface Rentals, while Pitbull continues to optimize its service mix around integrated fluid management, industrial cleaning solutions and energy infrastructure services.
To further enhance collaboration, the two companies have agreed to support each other in transition, ensuring employees, clients, and stakeholders benefit from ongoing cooperation and shared success.
The scheduled closing date for the transaction is November 4, 2025.
